1. How to order?

 
A: - Browse our online Gallery by name of the artists from A to Z. As you see, we do not divide our collection into many themes, for it is really difficult to split them exactly.
- When you find your favourite works, follow the steps to complete the order by paying online with any major credit card, or with PayPal. These payment options are 100 % secured.
- After receiving your order, we will inform you by confirmation email and assign the best artist for your painting. Normally, the work will be completed within 10 – 20 working day (mon-sat), including drying stage.
- If requested by you, we will email you a photo of your completed painting. You can then ask for modifications or accept the painting.
- We shall ship your work only upon your approval and email you the tracking number.
 

2. What about oil painting sizes?

 
A: Our oil on canvas paintings are always to scale. Every painting is prepared so that is to scale of the original work of art. Many companies do not offer paintings which are to scale. Their paintings distort the content of the original painting by either cropping or adding additional painting. Those companies which offer totally standard sizes for any painting are not recreating oil paintings which are true to the original work of art. In almost all cases the first dimension shown on the sizing charge is the height. We quote sizes in inches and centimeters to accommodate both our International and American customers.
 

3. What do I pay for shipping?

 
A: For normal shipping with EMS (Standard shipping, about 12 - 15 days) is free to anywhere in the world. For express shipping with EMS, FedEx, DHL Express and UPS (2-5 days), please plus 50 USD per painting. Disclaimer: Delivery times stated are all ‘aim’ times and estimates. Rareprogallery.com is reliant on third party postal and courier firms for delivery and guidelines quoted above are based on their customer charters.
 

4. How do you ship paintings?

 
A: We ship globally, fast, securely and discretely - to your door. We ship unframed paintings in a protective, hard plastic tube. Each painting is separately packed by water-resistant plastic bag, then in hard tube. Our paintings are supplied unframed. This is for several reasons. Firstly, you will undoubtedly want to choose a frame to fit in with the decor of your own home, and also at a price suited to your pocket – and there are so many styles of frame... Secondly, all costs of delivering a framed painting would be prohibitively expensive and disproportionate to the cost of the unframed painting. It is our experience that frame edges can be damaged in transit easily. There are usually several picture shops in each town and we recommend you take the unframed canvas to one who is experienced in framing oil paintings and have it first stretched and then mounted into a frame of your choice. At last, all orders must have physical address for delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Box or APO addresses.
 

5. What if my painting is damaged during shipping?

 
A: In the very rare case that your painting arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery so we can receive the package back from the carrier. We will then paint a new painting for you and will ship it to you as soon as possible. This extremely rare circumstance does not constitute a reason for a refund as the damage is the responsibility of the shipping company and as we will paint for you a new painting for absolutely free.
 

6. What about customs or taxes?

 
A: Normally with most purchases, paying any local customs or taxes is the customer's responsibility. However, it has been our experience as well as some other reproduction painting retailers that 99 % of the paintings arrive untaxed.
 

7. How can I pay for my painting and is it secure?

 
A: You can pay for your painting with a credit card or PayPal. As with any reputable art gallery or online e-commerce vendor, we make all credit card transactions via a secured, bank-authorized credit card processing company and through a 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer technology) encrypted and secured Web page (PayPal is the safest third party payment processor to process credit card orders). No one will see your credit card information as it is all encrypted electronically. As an added level of security, all purchases are guaranteed by both your credit card and our processing company.
 

8. Can I see the painting before you ship it?

 
A: Of course. If requested by you during checkout, we will email you a digital photograph of the painting. You can look at the image and ask for revisions or approve the image for shipping. Please note that your monitor may display the colors slightly different from the original painting. Many customers sent feedback saying that paintings are more better than expected.
 

9. Do I pay up front for the painting or when I receive it?

 
A: You pay when you place your order with us. Because we have many clients from over the world so learning about each of them is impossible. So please understand us, before we begin working on your painting, we need to know that you have the means to pay for it. All online transactions work this way, and keep in mind that all paintings ordered from Rareprogallery are backed by our 100% money back guarantee.
 

10. Can I return a painting?

 
A: Our return policy is valid for 7 Days and the return period is from the merchandise arrival date. Please note that portraits cannot be returned if they have been approved by the customer prior to their dispatch. Even after approving the initial emailed photos of the painting (excluding portraits), if you are unhappy with the work when you get it, you can return it to us for revisions or cancel the purchase. If we cannot improve it to your satisfaction or you cancel the purchase, we will refund you minus our actual shipping cost.
 

11. How do I return a painting?

 
A: It is compulsory to contact us before returning a painting and await exact return instructions. Our actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Returned painting must be wrapped & packed as same as we done in the original tube and send to the address of origin. Merchandise must be returned as instructed. Failure to follow these instructions may result in a penalty of up to $50.00 per painting.
 

12. I have a photograph. Can you paint it?

 
A: Of course. We frequently create original pieces from photographs that our customers provide. We produce portraits, recreate wedding photos as well as paint beloved family pets. The price like works in standard sizes.
 

13. What is the discount I can get?
